Our Staff

 Our staff is trained to provide the highest quality of personal care in a  home or facility with safety and comfort as primary goals. Every  employee has been tested for knowledge and skills, completed a  background check and provided professional references to verify their  training and experience.
 

Our employees work directly for the agency and are covered for workplace  injuries by our Workers Comp. Insurance. They are paid weekly and  receive a W-2 tax statement each year. (you have no tax withholding  liability.)
 

Our agency is licensed and insured to offer clients as much protection as possible
 

The owner and manager of the agency is Joseph V. Caruso. With over 25  years experience in healthcare and daily hands-on leadership, he has  enabled this homecare team of caregivers to be successful.
